Second hand item.Made in USA.This umbrella is stained and has some damage to it, but I honestly think it would still work in light rain and it could be a superb way to have shade on a sunny day.Your best bet would be using it as an awesome home decor piece, though.It’s 100% acetate with a lacquered bamboo handle.The cover that comes with it is in great condition and both the buttons for the cover and the strap on the umbrella work perfectly.
