The item is like new, where it is open boxes and has signs that the lights are slightly used.There are some dirty inside the item wrapping that indicates the item has been previous used.Being slight used and in a like new condition, there are no missing pieces and the packaging of the items are very good.The box shows wear from storage.I have NOT checked on the working condition of the items, BUT the item does have a cable that is used for connection, according to the manual.Please note that I have not cleaned the items but merely examined if any parts seems to be missing.Please know in advance that the items will be dirty (more or less) upon arrival, which should pose little impact due to the fact it is an outdoor item.Please note that there will be NO adaptors included for the item.
