Vintage 2007 Sanrio Chi Chai Monchan rare deco tape roll stationery

This is a new in the package vintage 2007 Sanrio brand roll of deco tape. It measures roughly a little more than 1.5” in circumference. This tape is plastic and needs a pair of scissors to cut it or a tape dispenser to help cut it. The material is not the same as washi tape that makes it easier to tear. This comes from a smoke free and pet friendly home.
